In their new roles, Mr. Koblin will be focused on the decades of service to come.
James Koblin joined Goldstein, Ballen, O’Rourke & Wildstein, P.C. 14 years ago. Mr. Koblin, who manages the Workers’ Compensation department at Goldstein Ballen, has concentrated on Workers’ Compensation matters for over two decades and is certified as a Workers’ Compensation attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mr. Koblin has obtained lost wage benefits, medical treatment, and awards for permanent disability for hundreds of Goldstein Ballen clients, and has successfully litigated claims for injured workers before the Division of Workers’ Compensation, the New Jersey Appellate Division, and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
