by | Aug 3, 2021 | Firm News

Goldstein, Ballen, O’Rourke & Wildstein, P.C. are pleased to announce that two of its long-standing associates, James Koblin and Kristian A. Krause, have stepped into new roles at the firm as partners, joining James E. Humphreys and Thomas L. Bell, Jr. For decades, Goldstein, Ballen, O’Rourke & Wildstein, P.C. have served accident victims, injured workers, and the disabled throughout New Jersey. In their new roles, Mr. Koblin and Mr. Krause will be focused on the decades of service to come.

James Koblin joined Goldstein, Ballen, O’Rourke & Wildstein, P.C. 14 years ago. Mr. Koblin, who manages the Workers’ Compensation department at Goldstein Ballen, has concentrated on Workers’ Compensation matters for over two decades and is certified as a Workers’ Compensation attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mr. Koblin has obtained lost wage benefits, medical treatment, and awards for permanent disability for hundreds of Goldstein Ballen clients, and has successfully litigated claims for injured workers before the Division of Workers’ Compensation, the New Jersey Appellate Division, and the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Kristian A. Krause joined Goldstein, Ballen, O’Rourke & Wildstein, P.C. 8 years ago. In that time, he has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of accident victims, personally tried numerous cases, and argued before both the Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court. Within the firm, Mr. Krause has spearheaded the firm’s use of technology in the wake of electronic filing and the changing demands of the practice of law. Earlier this year, he was accepted as a 2021-2022 Fellow of the New Jersey State Bar Association Leadership Academy. Outside of the firm, Mr. Krause serves his community as a Councilman in Fair Lawn, and as a volunteer youth sports coach in wrestling and flag football.
